We don't interact directly with your customers. Please have your customers contact you directly. For any questions you can't answer, you can reach out to us, and we will provide the information for you to relay back to your customers.
Our dropshipping service is entirely free. You only pay for the orders you place. We offer a discount of 30-40% off the retail price, depending on the drop ship volume. Contact us for more details.
Payments are securely processed via PayPal and major credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, etc., just as with regular retail orders.
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after receiving your order. If any inventory is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible so you can notify your customer.

Yes, once your account is approved, we will provide you with a public link to download the necessary photos.
Valid returns include parcels that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Our company will take full responsibility for such cases. Please email us at contact@refrigeratorfilterstore.com with the order number for the item(s). Refunds will be applied once the parcel is returned to the address provided. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product returns. If the problem is our fault (e.g., wrong model shipped), we will provide a full refund. All return requests due to mistaken shipments must be approved within three working days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition and not be altered or dirtied. No credit will be issued for items damaged due to shipping issues or other uncontrollable situations. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence, and you may request payment for damages from them.
